Your catchment is probably wrong
A five-mile radius is not a catchment. Two providers a mile apart can serve entirely different populations, and drivetime sometimes changes the decision.

Build the tool or write the deck
Consultancies default to the deck because it is the billable artefact. If the recommendation only works when someone runs the analysis monthly, the deck is the wrong deliverable.
