Most sport organisations sit on commercial assets they under-monetise and medical obligations they over-pay for. We work both sides of that ledger: turning the commercial estate into revenue, and turning medical provision from a cost line into a managed service.
We also work with clubs and governing bodies on tournament management, providing the medical services and host-city directories a competition needs. This is where Knexusport came from. Athlete medical work we did as advisers became a platform that clubs and governing bodies now pay to use.
