Wellbeing
Sustainable income, prevention pathways and impact you can prove, for community wellness and third-sector delivery.
Wellbeing organisations are asked to prove impact with data they were never resourced to collect, while the grant income tightens underneath them. We work on both ends: building income that does not depend on the next grant round, and building the evidence base that keeps the current one.
It is also where prevention meets diagnostics. A wellbeing pathway that identifies risk early is a feeder into the health services that treat it, and that link is a commercial relationship worth designing deliberately.
Three outcomes in wellbeing.
Beyond the grant
Trading arms, commercial delivery partnerships and paid pathways that reduce grant dependency.
Prove the impact
Impact measurement a small team can actually run, built to satisfy funders rather than impress them.
Prevention to care
Prevention-to-diagnostics pathways that connect wellbeing activity to the health services downstream.
